Scheduling an appointment was easy and everyone at the office was so nice. The doctor did a thorough exam and helped me understand my options for contacts. I was also able to order a really nice pair of glasses. They had a wonderful selection of frames.

I was promptly met by a friendly staff and with minimal effort was moving forward with my appointment as scheduled. COVID preparedness was one of the best I've seen. The eye doctor I met with was informative, explained everything clearly and provided some additional self-care instructions that were extremely helpful. Looking forward to seeing them every 6 months or so!

We've been going to Klahanie Eye Care for years, and we have always been extremely happy with their care and service. The entire staff is really friendly and helpful, and they make the entire experience great. We often spend quite a bit of time looking through and trying on frames, and the staff enjoy helping us pick just the right style and color.

It's always a great experience at Klahanie Eye Care. I've been going to see Dr. Jennifer Juang since I moved to the Seattle area in 2008. She and the staff at Klahanie are always very professional, but personal with every patient and help to make the best decisions on glasses and contacts. I now live in West Seattle, but can't imagine going to another eye doctor.

I was looking for an eye doctor closer to home and my partner suggested I go to Klahanie Eye Care as he had just been there and had a good experience. I definitely made the right choice! The staff was extremely helpful in getting me registered and set up with an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of care, attention to detail, spent time with me to answer all my questions, and the overall friendliness of the entire staff. Dr. Erickson was wonderful! They also have a great selection of designer sunglasses and regular frames. I would highly recommended :)

My family and I want to thank you for your always professional eye care over the last seven years. I would like to especially thank Chris, the Bellevue Office Manager, for his extra attention in assisting me with my very particular lens and frame requirements.

I called in last minute for an contact lens emergency and they gave me an appointment in next hour. Dr Michael was very calm and also the receptionist. Turned out nothing to worry about and doctor explained very clearly. Definitely going back again. Thank you!!

Booking an appointment & submitting paperwork online were both very convenient. The staff were friendly, efficient, and I didn't feel rushed at all during my appointment. Dr. Mai was incredibly helpful and addressed all of my questions/concerns. She also gave me some suggestions for modifying my high prescription since I spend a lot of time in front of a computer screen. Overall, I couldn't have had a better experience with them. Will definitely be back!

I was seen by Dr.Stephanie Ho, who was extremely friendly and very efficient with the consultation. She made sure I was at ease and engaged in conversation through the entire duration of my consultation. The tests and results were clearly explained and at no point did the visit seem tedious. I highly recommend both the center and Dr.Ho.

Great experience! Doctor was thorough, answered all of my questions, and recommended some products and practices for improved eye comfort. Office staff was also helpful in communicating billing and insurance info.​​​​​​​
